حداکثر ۱۳۰۰متر در شمال کشور قرار دارد. به دليل فاصله کم کوه و دريا و برخورداري از اقليم معتدل خزري برخوردار مي باشد. در گستره جغرافيايي چابکسر ۴ محصول عمده کشاورزي يعني برنج چاي مرکبات و کيوي درکنار justify;"><font size="3">اين چشمه در فاصله 3 کيلو متري جنوب غربي ، و در ابتداي کوهپايه شمالي البرز قرار دارد .مسير عبور آن از مقابل مجتمع تفريحي گلسرخ واز کنار کارخانه چاي سازي اميري مي باشد .آب اين چشمه بر خلاف چشمه هاي معمولي قطع و وصل مي شود . يعني پس از چند مدتي که از جريان آب مي گذرد يک توقف کامل چند ساعتي در جريان آب رخ مي دهد وپس از آن جريان آب برقرار مي شود . اين چشمه که در نوع خود در گيلان منحصر به فرد مي باشد در اوج آبدهي خود 574 ليتر در ثانيه آبدهي دارد . آب اين چشمه قليايي و داراي مقداري يون آهن مي باشد.قرار گيري اين چشمه در کنار درختان تنومند جنگلي به ويژه از نوع شمشاد و ممرز چشم انداز ويژهاي را خلق نموده است که هر سال با توجه به مناظر خود پذيراي گردشگران و مسافران زيادي از اقصي نقاط کشور مي باشد.</font><br /></div><br /><br /><br /><font size="2">لحظه پر شدن آب</font><br معتبر نام برده به روايت جيلاني سيادت حکومتش بر دل ها و قلوب مومنين عاشق آل الله مدت ها طول کشيده تا در همين محل نيز به شهادت رسيد . مزار متبرکه اش که به واسطه کرامات و شفاها و گره گشايي هاي فراوان ديده شده عاشقان فراواني را از سراسر کشور به اين بارگاه جلب مي کند (سال وفات به روايتي 345 ه-ق ).<br />بقاع ديگري نيز وجود دارد که بدين شرح است:سيده بي بي سکينه از اولاد موسي بن جعفر و افراد متديني که در آن اطراف ارميده اند و مردم به آن ها اعتقاد و به زيارتشان مي روند (روستاي خانسر قاسم آباد)سيده جهان آبجي که مي توان گفت در يکي از زيباترين محل هاي چابکسر آرميده بزرگي وسر سبزي شمشادها خود دليلي بر اين زيبايي است او هم به سان ديگران ميعاد گاه حاجتمندان است (محل چابکسر )اقا سيد حسين (سورخاني ) آقا سيد نصرالله و سيد محمد (اوشيان)آقا سيد عباس (فکيجور)آقا سيد حسن و آقا سيد رضي (چايجان)آقا سيد
